Standard experiences: 5 days minimum
Multi-city packages: 2 weeks minimum
Custom research packages: 3 weeks minimum

What to Expect After You Contact Us
We'll confirm receipt within 24 hours. If you've selected a specific service, we'll check guide availability for your dates and propose next steps.
For custom inquiries, we usually schedule a 20-minute phone or video call to clarify objectives before proposing an itinerary. This ensures we don't waste time building something that doesn't match your actual needs.
Once an experience is confirmed, you'll receive a detailed itinerary 48 hours before your scheduled start time, including meeting location, guide contact information, and any preparation recommendations.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund if canceled more than 7 days before scheduled start. 50% refund if canceled 3-7 days before start. No refund for cancellations within 72 hours unless due to documented emergency or illness.
Weather-related cancellations are rare—most experiences continue in rain or snow with appropriate adjustments. Extreme weather that makes tours unsafe will be rescheduled at no cost.
Group Bookings
We limit groups to six participants to maintain conversation quality. If you have a larger group, we can arrange multiple guides or split into smaller cohorts running parallel experiences.
Corporate or institutional bookings follow different pricing and can accommodate larger groups with advance planning. Email for details.
